Suspect Sought for Throwing Incendiary Device at Gas Station

Jan. 7 - The Milwaukee Police Department has released surveillance video of a suspect responsible for throwing an incendiary device inside of a north side gas station on shortly after 7 p.m. on December 29.

In 2007 several juveniles entered the Clark gas station at 6028 W. Fond du Lac. The juveniles caused damage to the store and took property. One of the juveniles was arrested at that time, but a second suspect wasn’t arrested until December 2009. The December 29 incident is possibly retaliation for the recent arrest. Investigators believe the suspect may be an associate of juveniles who were arrested.

The suspect is a black male, 18-21-years-old, short, stocky, wearing black shoes, jeans and a mask.
