The Traser Yard facilities and the Milwaukee Water Works' Lincoln Avenue and Cameron Avenue distribution facilities will be combined in a newly-constructed facility at the Tower Automotive site in the vicinity of North 35th Street and West Keefe Avenue.

Both resolutions will facilitate the redevelopment of the Traser Yard site at North 6th and West Canal Streets, making way for the Harley Museum.
