Public Information

The Public Information & Training Coordinator is responsible for development and implementation of all DNS mass communication products about the department for public education and information. That includes the DNS WEB site, brochures, forms, documents, booklets, newsletters, news releases, video programs and visual support services. The Training Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, coordinating and implementing a variety of training programs for all DNS staff. That includes tracking the State of Wisconsin and National organizations certifications of over a dozen State Certifications by nearly 160 DNS inspectors. From time to time the department coordinates training sessions for  outside inspectors interested in additional certifications. Outside students and inspectors are often encouraged to enroll.
