The Landlord training program recently conducted a survey at the Annual Landlord Training refresher course. Here are the results of that survey. 100 Survey's were returned.

THE SURVEY

The Department of Neighborhood Services is seeking feedback from rental unit property owners in Milwaukee on its services. Please take a few minutes to complete this anonymous survey and deposit it at the booth for Code Enforcement and Property Recording. The quantifiable results will be tabulated and posted on our web site.


1. Have you received an order to correct violations at a property in the past year that you own or manage? (Circle one) Yes-24% No-70%) N/A-5% No Response-1%
