Self Service Instructions & Tips

LOGIN TO SELF-SERVICE:


IF YOU FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD:

  1. At the login screen, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your 6-digit User ID and click continue.
  3. Enter a response.
  4. Click E-mail New Password. (Only click this once.)
  5. A new password will be e-mailed shortly to the e-mail address displayed at the top of the page.

If the above does NOT work, follow the instructions below.

  1. Click on the following link: http://itmdapps.milwaukee.gov/RequestITSupport/addWO2.jsp
  2. Complete the form.   In the "summary" box, write that you need your self-service password reset. Click the Submit button when done and a temporary password will be e-mailed to you.
  3. Once you have your temporary password please login to self-service and change the password and  set-up "forgot your password?" after you login.  Please refer to the General Instructions at the top of this page on how to set-up "forgot your password."
