Mayor Barrett's Independent MMSD Audit Committee

During his campaign for Mayor of Milwaukee, Mayor Barrett announced that he would create an independent MMSD Audit Committee to provide information to the public regarding recent overflows and develop improvements to the region's sewer system. 

With input from national and local authorities, the MMSD Audit Committee has produced the Mayor's Independent MMSD Audit Committee Final Report to assesses the performance of MMSD and makes recommendations to improve water quality in the region.
